Will I gain weight once I stop dieting?

Before I answer yes or no, the first and foremost thing I need to specify is the food and lifestyle I will teach you isn’t dieting. Eating Junk, processed, packed foods has by default become the regular food and eating healthier and naturally available food have been labelled as DIET FOODS.

The foods that I will recommend to you in the weightloss journey can be had in filling portions and you will still not gain weight. 

And of course if you continue to eat these low-calorie nutrition dense foods you will definitely not gain weight.

What all is provided in your Diet Consultings ?

My diet consultings are inclusive of Personalised diet plans with workout plans keeping in mind the medical condition if any.


This I will do once I understand your lifestyle and evaluate the root cause of the problem.In the due course I will constantly navigate you in order to change your perspective towards food habits, lifestyle modification, prioritising health to achieve optimum fitness goals.


You will be provided with constant guidance and help in case you are stuck anywhere in your journey.


My effort will be to offer best possible in the status quo by advising you to asses your portion sizes, redirecting you to select nutrient dense foods, balanced meals, practising mindful eating, incorporating healthier habits, rescheduling sleep cycle and staying hydrated.The meal plan will be designed in order to include foods from every food group on a daily basis and provide the finest nutrition.

Yes, being a Nutritionist I do provide meal plans based on specific medical requirements and certainly that’s an integral part of any Nutritionist’s practice.

I tailor plans befitting to the mentioned medical condition by acknowledging the symptoms, treatment and potential effects food would create in that individual.
